Exciting Opportunity with Leading Quality House Builder

We are seeking a proactive, process driven Sales Team member to deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers through the 'new homes' purchasing process for our new developments in the central belt.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.

Evaluate client requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure a seamless journey.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Support Site Managers during property handovers, providing detailed explanations of benefits and features.

Analyze competitor sales, market trends, and advertising to inform strategic decisions.

Ensure the Show Home and Sales Office are well-maintained.

Essential Requirements:

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Possess a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Bring experience from a similar role or sales environment.

Demonstrate commercial acumen and knowledge of the market and competitors.

Show ability to build relationships across functions and with external partners.

Hold a valid UK driving license.
