Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused House and Land Package Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will guide clients through the process of purchasing house and land packages, from initial enquiry through to contract execution, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will work closely with developers, builders, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to convert leads into successful sales and help clients achieve their property ownership or investment goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and qualify inbound and outbound sales enquiries for house and land packages
Present available packages to owner-occupiers and investors, tailored to their needs and budgets
Educate clients on the full process, including land purchase, build contracts, timelines, and costs
Conduct site visits, display home tours, and client meetings
Build strong relationships with developers, builders, brokers, and referral partners
Prepare sales documentation and assist clients through contract execution
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and product offerings
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in property sales, real estate, or new home sales (preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
High level of professionalism and customer service
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
CRM and basic computer proficiency
