The Team
The firm’s Construction & Engineering team, which handles both transactional and contentious matters, sits within the broader Litigation department. Known for their expertise in large-scale projects and proactive dispute avoidance and management, the team is committed to delivering results that are both timely and commercially focused.
The firm’s clients include governments, public bodies, multinational corporations, national and international contractors, and developers. The work is often high-profile and complex, providing the team with the support and resources needed to deliver exceptional service and results.
The Role
The Bristol-based team handles both contentious and non-contentious construction work.
While you will receive support from senior partners, you will manage your own caseload, with a focus on non-contentious construction matters and projects. The firm fosters strong client relationships, and you will be expected to spend significant time with clients, building connections and adding value. The firm also provides numerous opportunities for involvement in marketing and business development activities. Additionally, this role includes exciting opportunities for travel, particularly within Europe, to advise the firm’s international clients.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, client-focused, and a strong communicator with a practical approach to their work.
