Here’s what we are looking for: - Strong in mechanical design concepts (Suspensions, Brakes & Tyres) - Strong in problem solving and Cross functional team work experience - Ability to read and understand CAD, FEA simulation results and tolerance stack up - Hands on with measuring instruments - Strong in data analysis - Good in system level thinking - Strong in communication skills: No vagueness - Experience with DFMEA, FMA, APQP and other quality control tools and methods - Aware of product development cycle - Good in hustling through different tasks and get things done - Passion to make a difference You bring to Ather: - B-Tech/M-Tech in Mechanical engineering, Production engineering or equivalent. - 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in new product developmen
