The Team
We have exciting opportunities for an experienced Store Manager and a talented team of casual retail assistants to join our team.
Store Manager - Your Game Plan:
Lead this store like it’s your own: Take ownership of day-to-day operations and store performance, driving sales and KPI achievement through exceptional merchandising, promotional execution, inventory management and experience that reflects the premium standard of the 247 brand.
Build a winning team: Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Train, coach, and inspire a passionate crew who genuinely connect with the brand and bring authentic energy to every customer interaction.
Deliver the experience: Ensure every customer walks away with a story - not just a purchase.
Your Skill Set:
Previous retail store management experience, ideally in sports streetwear.
Passion for sports fitness, performance culture, or the 247 community - you live this, you don't just sell it.
Demonstrated sales performance and understands the customer experience.
Strong leadership and coaching instincts - you know how to build a team that shows up and cares.
Commercial acumen - you can read the numbers, spot the opportunity, and act on it.
The Retail Team
Ideal role for someone who has previous retail experience who demonstrates a can-do attitude, initiative for providing exceptional customer service, enthusiasm for driving sales through product knowledge and someone who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
General duties will include assisting with store presentation, processing sales transactions, stock management (unpacking, restocking and replenishing merchandise) and other store operational tasks as required.
