Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for an administrator to join the new to field team on our Openreach contract.
This role will include travelling to other sites.
In your role you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the transition of New to Field Engineers who have completed their classroom based training, to their induction into the field.
Liaising with the field management and other departments about newly qualified engineers who will be entering the field.
The role will also include administrative duties and collating reports.
Delivering information and presentations to a classroom of new employees.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate would be London/South based, as the successful applicant will work out of our London training centre (Brimsdown) predominantly, but the need to commute to other training centres around the UK may also be required, overnight stays may also be required.
A good communicator to piers
Excellent PC skills, and the ability to deliver information to a classroom of New Employees.
A flexible approach to the role is a must.
A full UK driving licence will also be required.
