This dual role combines making great coffee with leading and supporting the checkout team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
A genuine passion for coffee and top‑notch customer service
Barista experience preferred (but not essential — we can train the right person!)
Confidence supervising checkout operations and supporting team members
A positive, reliable, and team‑focused attitude
Availability for early mornings and weekends
