Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in New York City.
The successful candidate will have expertise in defending No-Fault matters and be well-versed in New York No-Fault law and insurance regulations.
Responsibilities:
Defend No-Fault claims in civil court and arbitration settings.
Conduct Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and handle declaratory judgment actions.
Litigate cases in the Supreme Court of the State of New York (preferred).
Draft legal documents, motions, and opinions with strong writing and analytical skills.
Manage cases independently and collaborate with the litigation team.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in New York (admission in NJ and/or PA is a plus).
2-3 years of experience in civil litigation, specifically No-Fault defense.
Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.
