What You'll Bring to the Table:
• Advanced Automation Design & Development: You develop complex automation workflows using UiPath Studio, including advanced UI automation, data manipulation, and integration with other systems. You utilize the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework) to build scalable and robust automation solutions.
• Technical Expertise: You're proficient in UiPath tools such as Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots. You have a deep understanding of programming concepts and languages like VB.NET, C#, or Python, and knowledge of AI and machine learning integration within automation processes.
• Project Management & Leadership: You lead automation projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals. You coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and manage timelines and resources.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: You identify and troubleshoot complex issues in automation workflows, implement innovative solutions to enhance automation efficiency and effectiveness, and continuously improve and optimize existing automation processes.
• Collaboration & Communication: You work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Continuous Learning & Adaptation: You stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA and UiPath technologies, adapt to new tools, methodologies, and industry trends, and participate in professional development and certification programs.
What You'll Do:
• Design & Develop Automation Solutions: Create and deploy advanced automation workflows using UiPath tools.
• Integrate with CI/CD Pipelines: Ensure automated tests and workflows are part of the continuous integration and delivery process.
• Monitor & Optimize: Continuously monitor automation performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Document & Train: Document solutions and provide training to ensure smooth adoption and operation.
• Collaborate & Lead: Lead project teams and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful automation initiatives.
Your Experience:
• Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework): Proficiency in using and customizing the REFramework for building scalable and robust automation solutions.
• Advanced UI Automation: Expertise in advanced UI automation techniques, including handling complex selectors, dynamic elements, and using AI Computer Vision.
• Data Manipulation: Advanced skills in manipulating data using DataTables, LINQ queries, and other data structures within UiPath Studio.
• Orchestrator Triggers & Monitoring: Ability to set up and manage triggers in UiPath Orchestrator for efficient automation scheduling and monitoring.
• Invoke Method & Invoke Code: Proficiency in using Invoke Method and Invoke Code activities to integrate custom code and enhance automation workflows.
• Project Planning & Execution: Ability to plan, execute, and manage complex automation projects from start to finish.
