Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in journalism.
community management, social media marketing, writing/editing, or video production.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience working with creators, particularly in the video content space.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional Indian languages are a plus).
High affinity for data analysis and the ability to translate insights into action.
Experience with AI tools for content creation or curation. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to edit videos and experience in using Descript, Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and After Effects Proven ability to convince and influence stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the creator economy and news industry.
Ability to shape products and stories for diverse audiences.
Experience in online media, news curation, or content creation with a focus on video content.
