CBC Edmonton is looking for an experienced news editor/presenter to lead our weekday morning newscasts to audiences listening live on the radio and on digital platforms.

You embrace the challenge of keeping your newscasts as up-to-date as possible, chasing stories yourself and working to add context and additional content to ensure listeners get the full story.
You understand the diverse and changing population in Edmonton and northern Alberta, and the importance of broadening the range of perspectives, experiences and points of view reflected on our programming, especially those from people who have been traditionally underrepresented in the media. In your work, you will ensure CBC journalistic standards are met and that our stories are fair, balanced, accurate, thoughtful and immediate.
