The Role

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer or Associate to join our NFPs, Human Rights & Social Impact team. You will work with Luke Geary, a highly respected and renowned Partner, on matters relating to historical abuse claims from an insurance defence perspective. The role will provide you with an opportunity to represent and work in conjunction with leading insurers on complex litigation matters.

The team is a national practice and we are open to considering lawyers based in either Brisbane or Sydney.



Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have between 1-5 years’ PQE in defendant insurance and litigation. You will have a strong understanding of historical abuse claims and related legal frameworks. The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
