Your key responsibilities
• Creation and Analysis of weekly, monthly and quarterly OR loss reporting in the format of Excel and PowerPoint (loss reports in divisional, regional and country levels)
• Quality control of delivered data in accordance with set criteria and according to set timelines (e.g. ORM reporting production plan)
• Support the PRM team in London in preparation of senior management decks, taking minutes and support various governance activities.
• Initiation of and cooperation in improving existing processes, e.g.: via Access, VBA and workflows as well as independent implementation of new processes
• Coordinate and respond to enquiries from business divisions and operational risk managers
• Ensure uniform communication towards business divisions on results of quality control performed (email and phone communication)
• Regular attendance of scheduled meetings and telephone conferences, e.g. presentation of work results to senior decision-makers/workgroups, partly also participation of meetings and telephone conferences (preparation of meeting decks and taking minutes)
• Support on ad-hoc requests from the businesses in accordance with predefined criteria: extraction of data via ODBC and Access database, preparation of datasets via pivot table and in form of PowerPoint
• Cooperation regarding enquiries from auditors and regulators
• Establish an escalation management process
Your skills and experience
• Post Graduate degree preferably in banking, finance, economics or Business Administration
• Experience with managing deadlines & ensuring adherence to regulatory / audit requirements
• Experience in Risk Management and Risk Controlling preferable
• More than five years of professional work experience
