Position Overview Role Description Operational Resilience refers to the ability of firms, FMIs (Financial Market Infrastructures) and the sector as a whole to prevent, respond to, recover and learn from operational disruptions. It is the ability to adapt rapidly to the changing environmental and business conditions. Operational Resilience is a risk topic of focus for our trilateral regulators. The Operational Resilience Team seeks to assure senior mgmt of Deutsche Bank's ability to continue providing important business services to our clients, and minimise any impact on the wider financial system, when severe disruptive events occur (e.g. ransomware and loss of a critical third party). This role will be part of the team responsible for supporting the end users of the relevant Operational Resilience systems as well as in the production and distribution of the related management information and reporting. The team have the responsibility to ensure compliance with the Information Security Policy and evaluates as well as implements risk & controls aligned to applications and the organizational unit. It is responsible for NFRM systems user access management, user acceptance testing, system maintenance and documentation. What we'll offer you As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you'll enjoy Best in class leave policy Gender neutral parental leaves 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities Central coordination of enquiries Ensuring uniform communication with the business partners as well as the establishment of networks within the Risk function Regular review of operational risks Creation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and adhoc reporting in the format of Excel and PowerPoint in divisional, regional and country levels Exchange of specialist information with colleagues, e.g. by means of presentations / micro-training Quality control of work results within the scope of the process description Cooperation in improving existing processes and workflows Independent processing of the existing standard tasks and documentation according to directives and within existing general framework conditions and compliance with arranged Service Level Agreements Collate feedback and implement appropriate solutions to improve prototypes Support development of IT requirements to automate data models for the strategic solution Liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders Support PI planning sessions, demo sessions and workshops Perform User Acceptance Testing for all systems according to testing scripts Regular attendance at meetings and telephone conferences, partly also processing meetings and telephone conferences (agenda, keeping the minutes) subject to review by the specialist department Cooperation with simple projects within the scope of the specialist function Exchange of specialist information with colleagues, e.g. by means of presentations / micro-training Understanding of the DB's Information and Security policies Maintain process documentation - user manuals, DTPs, Identity & Access Concepts, Id Admin KOP, etc. Willingness to work in shifts Your skills and experience Previous experience in banking or IT related area is desired - especially with system administration and/or user access management Capability to grasp complex concepts and present them in an appropriate manner to the target audience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritize / multi-task to meet tight deadlines Creative thinker able to challenge and enhance the status quo and develop new solutions Ability to work and use discretion with confidential information Analytical skills (incl. detail orientation), flexible approach with problem solving focus Strong (senior) stakeholder engagement experience and ability to cooperate across a global team Advanced working knowledge of Word, Power Point, Excel.
