Investment Banking Consultant
• We are looking for an effective finance professional on a consultancy basis.
• Are you a finance expert, or investment banker or wealth manager with at least 8 years experience and a good knowledge of business plans, financial models, balance sheets, investors and fundraising? Then you may be the person we are looking for.

• A few years ago it was named as one of the 'emerging sites of the year' by NASSCOM.
• Currently it has crossed over $2 Million Dollars in revenue and turned profitable.
• It's clients include Armani, Bajaj, Chaayos, Digitas, DLF, Flipkart ,Godfrey Philips, , Havas Media, Hyundai, ITC, JWT, Nerolac, Nissan, Philips,Pepsi, 7/11, Tatas, Times Of India, Titan, TTK, TVS, Voltas
• We are looking for people from the financial world to help us with our financial strategy, investor relations and fund raising out reach.
Role And Responsibility
• Your role would be to spearhead the investor search for the company and work on the business plan to achieve this. In this role you would work directly with the founder.
• You would also coordinate with all departments to determine the resources they need for the growth targets allotted.
KRAs
• Your key responsibility will be to prepare an aggressive growth plan and make contact with investors which could be HNIs, investor groups or institutions.
• You would also be responsible for MIS to current investors.
• (In this endeavour it would help a lot if you have your own network of contacts to reach out to.) This assignment will either be on a part time or retainer basis.
• This is mostly a work from home assignment but there may be meetings on site once in a while so you should ideally be based in Delhi, Gurgaon or Noida.
• It carries a monthly retainer as well as incentives.
