We are seeking a fundraising consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors and donors, as well as securing their support., Collecting online donations using our website & social media flatform
You'll also be responsible for creating and sending out proposals.
Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities a fundraising consultant is expected to assume in their position.
• Identify and approach potential sponsors, donors, and granters
• Develop and maintain relationships with donors
• Create and maintain donor database
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and activities
• Conduct research and write proposals
• Account for and track donations
• Create and maintain financial reports
• Gather information for grant proposals
• Prepare budgets and financial reports
• Maintain donor records and files
• Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below Are The Qualifications Expected Of a Fundraising Consultant
A bachelor’s degree isn’t required but recommended
Fundraising experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and a self-starter with an outgoing personality
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work independently
