Job description

Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards.

- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assignments.

- Monitor student progress through assessments, projects, and class participation.

- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage a positive learning environment.

- Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs.

- Participate in school functions, teacher training, and academic planning.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant subject + B.Ed. (mandatory for TGT/PGT)

- Experience: 1–10 years in any reputed school

- Language: Fluent in English; regional language knowledge is a plus

- Board Exposure: CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board experience preferred

Skills Required:

- Strong command of subject and pedagogy

- Excellent classroom management and communication skills

- Tech-savvy with experience in smart classrooms or online teaching tools

- Ability to motivate and mentor students

Salary & Perks:

- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹80,000/month (based on role, subject, location, experience)
