Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to inquiries and sharing hotel features in a sales-conscious manner.
Maintain guest accounts accurately in line with credit policies and communicate key account details to the accounting team.
Manage room reservations, including accepting, modifying, and cancelling bookings.
Perform end-of-day procedures: post charges, balance guest accounts, and close the business day.
Generate and distribute daily reports to support all departments.
Conduct basic computer maintenance and assist with troubleshooting when necessary.
Ensure a secure environment through overnight patrols, responding to disturbances, and liaising with emergency services when needed.
Handle guest concerns effectively and exceed expectations to ensure a memorable stay.
Remain fully compliant with hotel safety and emergency procedures.
Provide safe and efficient valet parking service.
Carry out additional duties as assigned by hotel management.
Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is an asset.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working overnight shifts independently.
Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS) is an advantage.
Must have a valid driver’s license for valet duties.
