PURPOSE
The Night Auditor at Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa serves as the overnight front line representation of the hotel to the guests. The Night Auditor ensures the delivery of prompt and professional service as well as upholding all appropriate guest key level standards. They are responsible for balancing the Hotel business day through the Night Audit process.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a Customer Service focused role, preferably in a hotel environment
First Aid Certified an asset
Fluent English (written, reading and verbal). Other languages an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organization skills
Excellent time management skills
Effective problem resolution skills
