Job Summary
Radisson Hotel and Conference Calgary Airport is looking for Night Auditor to join our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences during the overnight hours. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel by handling front desk responsibilities, providing excellent guest services, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

SCHEDULE: Part-Time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct front desk duties including guest check-ins and check-outs during late-night hours.
- Handle phone inquiries and reservations with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Utilize knowledge of hospitality industry standards to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain security by following proper procedures for guest check-ins and monitoring hotel premises.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or night audit role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in Opera System is required.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and phone systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for night audit responsibilities.
