Night Auditor - Full Time
The Barclay Suites on Albert Street are looking to replace a key role in the front office department. We are a 4.5 star, stylish all-suite serviced-apartment hotel in central Auckland with suites and apartments, offering short or long-term accommodation.
A great opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Night Auditor full time to join the team.
This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our Front Office and is responsible for the operations of the property overnight in the absence of the Manager.
We are looking for individuals with the following;
Previous experience in a 4.5/5 star hotel
Hotel reception experience within a Night Audit front office role essential
Use of PMS system such as Mews is preferred
Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
Attention to detail, accuracy
Enthusiastic and responsible
Strong communication skills
Excellent command of the English language
Be able to work under pressure
Well groomed
Tertiary qualified in a related discipline is preferred
Duties will include:
Exceptional Customer Service
Check-in/check-out processes
Cash & Credit Card handling
Responding to guest queries
Manage operations in absence of the Assistant Hotel Manager
Complete the Night Audit Procedure
We are looking for an immediate start with availability to cover 5 nights over a 7 night roster initially with the opportunity to work day shifts later on. These days will be relatively set, but will be depending on business needs.
