Job Description
We're looking for a new Part Time Auditor/Guest Service Agent (2-3 shifts/week) to join the team at our luxury serviced aparthotel in the Sydney city. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities of the position include taking phone bookings, reservations, guest satisfaction, valet parking guest's cars, reconciliation of the day, roll over the system to the next day.
Previous hospitality/hotel experience ESSENTIAL.
Successful applicants will have the following skills;
friendly professional manner with a strong focus on fantastic customer service
strong computer skills
clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
well presented
be able to multi-task
be able to work independently
previous hospitality/hotel or similar experience essential
full driver's license.
LOVE working nights
MUST be available for weekends, night and evening work.
Roster will be flexible and have to work in with our current team.
Valet parking is part of the job - so the successful candidates must have full driver's license, and drive both automatic and manual cars.
