Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assume ownership of the property by supervising quality checks of housekeeping, interacting with guests, managing staff, and completing various administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include identifying guests by name, creating a friendly environment, managing guest complaints, managing late-night guest requests, providing personalized recommendations for activities, and managing social media platforms for sharing guest feedback and photos.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, fluency in written and spoken English, flexibility regarding working hours, a desire to deliver outstanding customer experiences, an extroverted personality, the ability to take initiative, and experience or an educational background in accounting (preferred).
Required Skills
• Outstanding organizational and supervisory skills
• The ability to handle escalated customer complaints and negative feedback
• Competency in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms
• Experience in hospitality and an understanding of the youth travel market are preferred
