We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, including checking guests in and out, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the security of the premises.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have a good understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and check them in and out of the hotel.
Perform nightly audits of all accounts.
Balance daily revenue and expenses.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
Ensure that all hotel policies are followed.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
