Duties
Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with professional phone etiquette and customer service excellence
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining organized records
Assist guests with concierge services, including providing local information and addressing special requests
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area that reflects the hotel's standards of hospitality
Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure positive experiences
Requirements
Proven experience in front desk operations, hotel reception, or hospitality is preferred
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk software is advantageous
Professional appearance and positive attitude essential for representing the hotel brand
Prior experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
