We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Time and Part Time Night Auditor to join our team at our Provident Doral at The Blue resort
The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the establishment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records
Duties
Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately including verifying revenue from multiple sources and following up on discrepancies
Check-in late-arriving guests and handle any guest inquiries or issues during the night shift
Be able to assist with any reservations that come in overnight including requests from travel websites like Booking.com, Airbnb, etc
Process end-of-day reports and complete financial transactions
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with guest services as needed during the night shift
Other duties as assigned
Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
