Job Title – International Voice Process – US Healthcare Department – Operations
Working days – Monday to Friday
Working timings – EST timings - Night shift 6 pm to 3:30 am
Job Description:
Mandatory skills - English / Spanish / Bengali - Very good communication skills.
Should have in depth knowledge of US Healthcare Insurances.
Detailed Job Role & Responsibilities - PCC is responsible for:-
1) Reminding the patients of their due date of appointment
2) Scheduling the patients as per their convenience, and as per the availability and payer credentials of the provider
3) Rescheduling the patients as per their convenience, and as per the availability and payer credentials of the provider
4) Should be comfortable in doing the EST shift
5) Should be able to understand the payer credentials and follow the guidelines
6) Good email etiquette skills to communicate with the client representative Education
Qualification - Graduation. Preferable with Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Anthropology, Nursing, etc.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
