Night Room Service Waiter - London

Firmdale Hotels is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Room Service Waiter to join our dynamic team at the renowned Soho Hotel. As a Night Room Service Waiter, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.
This role is working four on, four off. 7am - 7pm.
Responsibilities:
• Interacting with guests by taking and delivering orders promptly and accurately
• Making personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Handling multiple orders efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
• Providing timely and effective responses to guest requests
• Working independently or as part of a small team throughout the night
What you Need:
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
