Key Responsibilities

• Required Skills and Qualifications

• * Educational Background: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

• * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.

• * Customer Service Orientation: Strong ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

• * Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM tools.

• * Previous Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
