• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.

High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
• Experience:

Previous experience in night shifts or flexible working hours is an advantage.

• Working Hours:

Night Shift (Hours may vary depending on operational needs).

The role requires working between 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, including weekends and holidays as necessary.

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts based on scheduling needs.
