Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro Ortho Unit

Location: Lakewood, Colorado

Shift: Night Shift

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from \(30.25 to \)3+.80 per hour, dependent on experience

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

We are actively seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Neuro Ortho Unit in Lakewood, Colorado. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Neuro Ortho Unit.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

• Maintain precise and current patient records.

• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.

Required Skills

• Active RN license in the state of Colorado.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a MedSurg unit.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

• Valid driver’s license.
