We are hiring immediate joiners for a premium blended process (24x7 Shift).
Designation: Associate Customer Service
Role & responsibilities:
Responsible to address and resolve US based Customers & Commercial queries, requests and complaints.
Providing amazing customer service by attending incoming calls, mails & Chat from existing customers.
Answering any questions they have or resolving issues with a positive attitude.
Figure out best ways to ensure that customers are happy with the services.
Key skills required:
Excellent English communications skills.
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ready to work in any shifts (24x7).
Salary: 3LPA+Allowances
Qualification: HSC/ Graduate
Experience: Freshers or experienced both can apply.
Age Limit: 18 to 34
