Job Description
We are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & WELCOMING full-time Night Welcomer who wants to join a FANTASTIC TEAM at a VIBRANT central London hotel! You will be required to work weekdays and weekends and the shifts we generally operate are between 10.45pm - 7.15am.
Duties:
• Work closely with the Night Manager & you produce reports, monitoring the results and auditing controls in place
• Attend to all guest queries in a prompt, professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• Complete a seamless check in and check out service for all our guests
• Knowledge of activities in the city (theatre, arts, exhibits, concerts, shows, sports and leisure activities)
• Familiar with the city restaurants and have established contacts with them to provide maximum guest service
• To act as a point of contact for all guests, to provide assistance and offer them efficient customer service, identify their needs as well as product knowledge
• Ensure the correct handling of guest messages, mail and packages
• To know details of the day’s arrivals, identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
• Assist in arranging room moves, select appropriate rooms and arrange for luggage to be moved
