Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nintex K2 Five Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing workflow automation solutions using Nintex K2 Five.
The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding business processes, translating them into automated solutions, and integrating with various enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using Nintex K2 Five.
• Create and customize SmartForms, SmartObjects, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Nintex K2 Five solutions with external systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) using APIs, SmartObjects, or other relevant methods.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure workflows and forms are designed with scalability, performance, and security in mind.
• Handle error detection, troubleshooting, and resolution within K2 Five workflows and processes.
• Implement version control and deployment best practices for Nintex K2 Five solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Nintex K2 Five applications, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Provide documentation and training to end-users and technical teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
• Proven experience in developing solutions using Nintex K2 Five.
• Strong understanding of SmartForms, SmartObjects, and workflow automation.
• Experience with integrating Nintex K2 Five with enterprise systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and data integration concepts.
• Knowledge of security practices related to workflow automation and data management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in a client-facing role, managing stakeholder expectations.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience in deploying Nintex K2 Five in cloud environments.
