About the role:
As a member of the Customer Service team, you will act as a professional and brand-aligned representative of a global automotive manufacturer. Highly customer-centric in your approach, you will champion customer advocacy, ensuring positive outcomes that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives.
Your role is built around three core pillars:
Strong attention to detail, you will manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution, delivering a seamless and highly personalised experience at every stage.
You will work autonomously, taking ownership of cases and decisions, while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
By crafting tailored responses in line with company policy, you will strengthen customer relationships, build trust, and enhance overall brand reputation.
About you:
Experience in a call centre environment highly regarded
Automotive experience desirable but not required
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience in working well under pressure and multi-tasking
Self-motivated and a positive attitude
Ability to think on your feet
Strong computer literacy
