What We Offer:
Paid Training: Earn $650/week during 4–6 weeks of hands-on training with a professional driver-trainer
Competitive Solo Pay: Make $1,100–$1,400+ per week after training
Top Earners: Up to $1,800/week on OTR routes
Bonuses: Earn up to 8¢/mile extra for safety and performance
Transition Bonus: Up to $1,500 available
Modern Equipment: Late-model, well-maintained trucks
Career Growth: Eligible for local routes after 1 month of training + 3 months OTR
Requirements:
Valid CDL-A license
Completed 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school (within the last 2 years)
Clean or acceptable driving record (minor infractions okay)
Must pass DOT physical (urine & hair test)
What You’ll Do:
Drive 2,500–3,000 miles/week (solo)
Perform daily vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate logs and follow all DOT and company safety regulations
Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
