What We Offer:
Paid Training Program: $650/week for 4–6 weeks of supervised driving (must have CDL-A).
Orientation Bonus: $300 paid for 2 days.
Post-Training Solo Pay: $1,200–$1,300+ per week.
Freight Options: Dry Van or Reefer – 99% no-touch freight.
Routes: OTR (typically 14–21 days out, 2–3 days home).
Assigned Truck: Late-model Freightliner (avg. age 1.5 years)

What You’ll Do:
Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and follow all DOT regulations
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Ensure on-time delivery of freight
What You Need:
Valid CDL-A license
At least 120 hours of accredited driving school (completed within the last 2 years)
Age 21 or older
Clean driving record (minor violations okay)
Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screens (hair + urine)
No DUIs, recent felonies, or major at-fault accidents
