NOC Engineer - L1
Oversee 24/7 monitoring of network systems, servers, and applications.
• Acknowledgement of alarms for Core links/device monitoring
• Quickly identifying and resolution of network outages.
• Fault Identification Time for network elements.
• Updating stakeholders on incident resolution status.
• Inform stakeholders promptly about critical incidents and their resolutions.
• Regular communication with cross functional team members to improvise customer service experience.
• Coordination with Field, Third Party Providers, Partners such as Airtel/VIL/TTSL/TCL/GFGNL etc., timely update.
• Escalation to internal teams and followup till closure with proper RFO.
• Fresher/Experience of 1 years with Network hardware like switches, routers, Firewall, wireless network systems including wireless controller devices.
• CCNA certification
