Role and Responsibilities:
1. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
2. Manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
3. Manage all social media postings on behalf of the company
4. Communicate with customers through Emailers, whatsapp, telegram, etc.
5. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
6. To understand the financial requirements of customers
7. Reach out to customers through digital means to provide financial solutions for their
situation
