Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and related frameworks.
● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical insights and solutions.
● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
● Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to project guidelines.
● Debug and resolve server-side issues and performance bottlenecks.
● Integrate frontend components with backend systems and APIs.
● Collaborate with database administrators to optimize database queries and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
● Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Node.js and backend development.
● Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks.
● Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proven experience as a Node.js Developer with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience.
● Strong proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks such as Express.js..
● Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
● Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as MongoDB.
● Familiarity with database modelling and query optimization.
● Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
