Responsibilities:
Designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using Node.js.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product owners, and system administrators, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Leveraging AWS services to build scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
Implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
Troubleshooting and debugging production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Optimizing application performance and scalability through performance tuning and code optimization techniques.
Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies related to Node.js and AWS.
Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers in the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Node.js.
Expertise in building scalable and efficient applications using Node.js.
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and asynchronous programming concepts.
Strong understanding of AWS services and hands-on experience in using them to deploy applications in a cloud environment.
Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js.
Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB.
Familiarity with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
