Good knowledge of Computer hardware, Operating systems and Internet usage; Experience in technical troubleshooting .
Excellent Communication skills in English language (Spoken, written and comprehension with no strong MTI)
The ideal candidate should have:
Voice based Technical support experience in a global environment
Basic technical knowledge of PCs
Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
Technical knowledge of operating systems like Windows XP
Good verbal and written communication skills
The willingness to work in a 247 environment
