Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Experience: 2 Years to 6 years (End-to-End Recruitment)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Role & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
Source candidates using Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups
Maintain a strong pipeline and candidate database
Work closely with hiring managers to meet hiring goals
What We’re Looking For :
6 months to 2 years of Non-IT recruitment experience (BFSI / NBFC)
Proficiency in using job portals (especially Naukri)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be available for Work from Office at Goregaon East
Immediate availability is a big plus
