Responsibilities:
Utilize multiple techniques to source candidates. These techniques include, but are not limited to, cold calling, referrals, job boards, professional associations, etc.
to develop leads with prospective candidates
Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their corresponding search and determine fit opportunities.
Well versed with Hiring Platforms like Resdex Naukri Search, Indeed, LinkedIn etc
Previous knowledge of hiring for manufacturing industries required.
Knowledge of hiring for chemical plant or plastic manufacturing plant.
Only non IT Recruiters are preffered.
