Responsibilities:
# Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
# Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.

# Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications

# Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
# Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-technical roles and Bulk hiring.
# Strong understanding of the recruitment process
# Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
# Strong organizational and time-management skills.
