Responsibilities
1. Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
2. Understanding the JD and the company's needs
3. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
4. Known to source from various job portals/ referencing and other professional social media networks.
5. Screen the candidate's resume and do thorough assessments of the candidates
6. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
7. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
8. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
+. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work".
Requirements
1. Minimum 1-3 yrs of work experience
2. Full-time Graduation is a must.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
3. Can be an IT, Non-IT, C2H, Contingent, executive search, etc. Source
4. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
5. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
6. Ability to organize skills assessment centers (tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
7. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
8. Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resources,
Management Systems (HRMS)
