Job Description
1. Candidate experience will be minimum 1 months to 2 year maximum in Non IT sales.
2. Salary Slab will be 16K to 30K with CTC based on their experiences.
3. It's a Target Base Job and if targets are not completed then per month 8% salary deduction will be there, if targets completed then after 3 consecutive months 25% will be the Salary Hike. Incentives are additional in it per month after completion of the Targets. (Minimum Target is 2 Lakh in the first month).
4. Before Arranging the final round interview candidate must be aware of Targets/Salary increment/Decrement/Incentives, and go through our website www.flyweis.technology.
5. This job is for Work from the office only.
