Job Title: Non Voice Backend Process
3 Month Contractual
Requirements
• Good Communication skills
• Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
• Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Candidate should have atleast taken 2nd dose of vaccination mandatory
• Good technical knowledge
Shift: 5 days Night Shift
Work Location: Chandigarh
Week Off: 2 Day Rotational week off
Work from Office
Benefits PF, ESI, Incentives as per companies norms
15k bouns joining bouns at the end of 3 month contract
