Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer interactions through email, chat, or ticketing systems without voice communication.
• *
Process and validate customer requests, complaints, and feedback with speed and accuracy.
• *
Perform backend data entry and administrative tasks within set deadlines.
• *
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments while maintaining accurate records.
• *
Ensure adherence to company guidelines, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
• *
Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information at all times.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• *
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or any graduate from a recognized board/university.
• *
Basic knowledge of computers and typing (minimum 30-35 WPM with accuracy).
• *
Excellent written communication skills in English.
• *
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• *
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• *
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including rotational and night shifts.

Candidates with up to 1 year of BPO, data entry, or back-office experience will be preferred.
• Working Hours:

Full-time position (5–6 days working)

Rotational shifts including night shifts and weekends as per business requirements

Weekly offs as per roster
