Job Summary:
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Non-Voice BPO team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level professionals who are eager to start their career in the fast-growing BPO industry. As a Non-Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling backend operations, including data entry, customer query resolution via email or chat, and documentation—ensuring high accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Manage customer interactions through email, chat, or ticketing systems without voice communication.
•
Process and validate customer requests, complaints, and feedback with speed and accuracy.
•
Perform backend data entry and administrative tasks within set deadlines.
•
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments while maintaining accurate records.
•
Ensure adherence to company guidelines, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
•
Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information at all times.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
•
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or any graduate from a recognized board/university.
•
Basic knowledge of computers and typing (minimum 30-35 WPM with accuracy).
•
Excellent written communication skills in English.
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
•
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
•
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including rotational and night shifts.
• Experience:
•
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Candidates with up to 1 year of BPO, data entry, or back-office experience will be preferred.
• Working Hours:
•
Full-time position (5–6 days working)
•
Rotational shifts including night shifts and weekends as per business requirements
•
Weekly offs as per roster

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
•
Ability to type efficiently and manage time effectively.
•
